The outside of this hotel was neat and looked nice. My first impression of the staff is that they were friendly albeit busy. It may take a moment or two before they acknowledge you. Upon asking the clerk if there were any groceries nearby, he rolled his eyes and said, "I don't really know. This place is like Pleasantville." Desk...

This was the hotel we received from a priceline bid. It was my frist and last time using priceline. I'm shocked that they would even associate with this hotel. After driving 9 hours in a car with 3 children under the age of 7, we arrived at this hotel. The lobby was fine, nothing fancy. The staff was friendly and...

NO internet unless you pay extra, NO shampoo, No lotion, Room smelled bad, I mentioned when I checked in that I work nights, I had only a couple of hours to sleep before work, and the front desk called me for NO REASON right in the middle of my nap, costing me an hour of the 2 hours I had...

DO not book here. I booked here, was given a wrong room. They put me in another, it was on the ground floor and I immediately notice the screens were out on the windows and the windows were unlatched and loose. I looked at the bed, it had hairs in the bed. Apparently someone was letting themselves in and sleeping...

I chose this hotel over others despite the reviews on here only due to the fact that it is the only hotel which has a mini kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator + cups, plates, utensils and pans and other kitchen essentials). I spent five days in the hotel, and being a picky eater, it was crucial for me to be able...

If you are going to stay here and arrive late you may be surprised to find that there is no one there to check you in after 10PM.
Also, check your bill closely, I was over-charged by nearly $200 for a weeks stay.
We will not be staying there when we visit the area this Fall.

1.) Went to check in, and surprise, the front desk had no record of my reservation. They looked in the computer and found the front desk had booked my room incorrectly to check in two days earlier. So, the room with 2 beds I wanted was not available of course. Only was able to get one king bed. And surprise,...

After checking out from a perfectly satisfactory night at a Holiday Inn Express, last-minute changes suddenly required I stay one more night. The Holiday Inn was booked solid, but found me a room at the Extended Stay Simi Valley. At check-in there - at approximately 6pm Thursday March 10 - I was asked how many nights I would need, and...
