Nice Hotel with a small Mom and Pop Restaurant that had 5 star food. The breakfast was the best part of this stay. The Hotel was clean and served us well. Make sure you eat in their Restaurant. more

I have been disappointed by some Best Westerns in the past, but not this one. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, mostly new inside. It was well maintained inside and out. Although the hotel was full, I never heard any noise from other rooms or outside. The staff were helpful and courteous. And they have a very good attitude about accepting... more

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the county fair grounds. Though not in a very attractive part of town, we found it to be a wonderful lodging option for our needs. The design is that of an old "motor court" hotel with strings bungalows as well as a 2-story building. The grounds are well landscaped and really "make"... more

This "hotel" was rated as good on here! It was more of a motel, to expensive almost $190, and not worth it. The room was clean, but old, and had a bad smell. Like it needed new carpet. We actually only stayed 1 hour and left. more

I was on a road trip to Southern California, and made this reservation on the road since I wasn't sure where I would be when I stopped for the night. When I got there, the room I was given was dark and drab, but the worst part was that it had not been serviced by the housekeeping staff. I went... more

We based our booking on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel is very conveniently located close to Sonoma and Napa. The room on the second floor we were in was very large with a coffee table and two armchairs so we could relax. The facilities were very clean. When we checked in the front clerk was not... more

We traveled to Santa Rosa for my daughter's wedding. I didn't have any idea where to stay but looked online and thought the Best Western might be a good place to stay. We were both very happy we booked here. From the first moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was perfect. All of the staff were so... more

We stayed here for a few days to go to wine country in Sonoma County. Contrary to opinions below, I thought the location was very convenient.; Within a few hundred feet of the 101 Freeway North (we spent time in the Russian River Valley, convenient access to Santa Rosa downtown. Not noisy if you ask for a quiet room. The... more

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a touring holiday. On arrival we were concerned about proximity to a main road but our room was on a upper floor way back from the road. The room was large , the furniture and fittings were excellent and the toileteries provided of a high quality. We spent a very comfortable... more

Our trip was a long one, to visit friends and relatives in several places north of San Francisco. We stopped in Santa Rosa on the way up and again on the way back. We had intended to stay at the Fountaingrove Inn, but they have changed their policy and no longer allow pets. Since we have our two 16 year... more
