I thought the hotel room was very comfortable and clean. The decor was pretty and staff friendly. It was close to the airport, which made it convienent. Even though they did not have shuttle service to the airport, they called a taxi for us. I would stay there again more

First, we were quoted one price over the phone then charged $40 more per night. As we did not have a print out of quoted fee we were stuck. Hostess was rude and overworked. It is more a motel with parking lot access rooms than a hotel. Way over priced for the quality. Dirty and out-dated even though it looks like they remodeled the lobby. Doesn't compare to other HI Express hotels. Big disappointment. more
