A very charming B&B with lots of character. Room is very spacious and extremely clean. There are a lot of common sitting areas, both outdoor and indoor, where you can have a private conversation and not having to think that you are bothering other people. This is a small funky, comfortable hotel/B&B with easy access to the 3rd St Promenade, Thursday morning Farmer's market, and downtown Santa Monica, the 10 Freeway, "easy" (hah) access to LAX.
