Location is walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier. The room was recently updated and clean. We appreciated the small kitchenette when it came time to heat up leftovers. It has a few small parking spots on the side street. The owners were nice. Would definately stay here again.

Good location, just few minutes walking from Santa Monica Pier. Nice structure, the rooms are pretty big and clean. We booked for 125$ per night but it depends on the availability, rates start from 88$. There are only few parking lots for guests. They serve no breakfast but there's a small restaurant adiacent to the Hotel.

Good location easy walk to great shopping and resturants. Rooms were nice however not the place if you are a light sleeper as AMAZINGLY noisy!!! Both from the traffic and the other rooms.

Surrounded by hotels at triple the cost this was a steal. Within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Will return. Only downfall was hair dryer and mini fridge were the only ammeneties.
