This hotel is all class, quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy to access and free. Front desk staff is amazing and friendly Mercedes could not have done more. Room was immaculate. I'm a senior lady traveling alone and felt totally safe. Neighborhood is quite safe and handy for anything. Don't miss this hotel if you're in the santa cruz area....

We had a rather spacious room on the second floor. Everything was clean, king size bed was comfy, bathroom included a spa bath which came in handy after a long, long day of walking.
