We have stayed at this location several times this year and always find our stay to be very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly and polite. The parking garage is well lite and free. Hotel is conveniently located to freeway, UCSC, downtown and beaches. We"ll stay here anytime we're in Santa Cruz.

Completely enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, everyone was more than accomodating especially Andrew Pederson. He was attentive to detail with our entire group. Warm and personable, hands down to the entire staff for delivering excellent customer service!

Spent one night here on business. The facility is very clean, modern and up to date. Beds were very comfortable and service was good. Good spot to stay if on business or vacation. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

My rating is based off of this hotel being in an environment atypical to that of the hotels normal realm of service.
