we had reservations for 2 nights in a non-smoking room. we were given a smoking room as there were no non-smoking rooms available. when we entered the room we were hit by the stench of stale cigarettes. it was unbelievable. i wouldn't walk barefooted on the carpet or lay my head on the bed - it just stunk. the clerk... more

While seemingly a good bargain, the hotel has bed bugs. If you have little experience with these critters, I recommend looking up more information. If you are particularly sensitive to their bite, your stay and the week after can be a nightmare! more

We stayed here for one night before heading to Great America Theme Park. Right away we noticed why it was "limited". It seriously needs a remodel.
