Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The only downside is the location. Also, the showers would randomly turn really hot/cold. Other than that it was a great stay! More

Great little hotel just off route 1. Very comfortable beds, microwave, fridge in the room. Good shower. Hotel provided washing facilities which was very handy as was running short on a few items! Reasonably large hotel, 3 x levels surrounding very nice central garden and pool. Reception and room satff very "efficient/rofessional" and would assist with any problems (i.e. reading lamp in room needed a new globe). Nice big room, good shower, balcony on our 3rd floor room. I have stayed here a number of times and each stay convinces me that this is truly a fine value. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool, lagoon and surrounding areas are very well landscaped and attractive. Most importantly, the staff members are most gracious, attentive and accomodating. I really like this place. More

I've always liked staying here as our daughter goes to nearby UCSB. Its neat and both Breakfast & Internet are free. Howver, much to my pleasant surprise when I requested a rollaway they instead offered a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Very accommodating ! More
