“Delightful little place, great value...”

Despite being a little further out from state street and the seafront, this hotel provides great value, and very welcoming accomodation. The pool area is small but inviting, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I found the bed to be very comfortable, although my partner didn't care for it and found it lumpy. Inn By the Harbor is a nice, pretty and peaceful INN. It's close to the main street of Santa Barbara (7-8 mins walk to State Street, 5 mins to beach).
