This is the perfect place to stay if you're traveling from northern california to southern, or vice versa and need a comfortable place to crash to break up the drive, or if you're on a budget and looking for a comfortable hotel. This hotel had really comfortable beds. My boyfriend slept through the entire night here without waking up once... More

After having read the poor reviews, my expectations were pretty low, but almost everything was already booked, and the price was low. Location: The hotel is on State Street but it's not centrally located to the downtown State Street area, however, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room: Keep in mind that this is not a 3 star hotel.... More

Had to go up to Santa Barbara for a wedding and booked a room at last minute for a night. When my sister & I pulled up, the place looked like a dump. Just old, out-dated - typical crumby motel. But when we walked into our room, I was pleasantly surprised that the furniture was all updated, looked recently remodeled,... More

the rooms are big and newly furnished; the motel is a little out of town, but downtown Santa Barbara can easily be reached by bus. Not quite cheap, but I suppose that´s because it is Santa Barbara. More

I just stayed at this hotel and it was the worst smelling hotel I have ever stayed in. First when I was checking in; the guy at the front desk was talking on the phone to what I was assuming was a maid. Saying that room whatever was mad because there was ashe's all over the room and they complained... More

My fiance and I stayed here for one night and found it exceeded all of our expectations. The amenities included a kitchenette, oversize bathrooms, and very large bedroom with new furniture. Other great amenities include free internet access, and plenty of parking. It's in a great location, within 10 minutes of all the great locations in Santa Barbara. Would definitely... More

Stayed for one night. Hotel owner was nice enough to let me check in at 10:30 am. Good for a one night stay. Room was clean and had the basic essentials - tv, decent bed, alarm clock, clean sheets & towels. About a 25 min bus ride from the transfer center. Bus stop 1/2 block away and buses come rather... This motel is located on a main street. The parking lot is difficult to park in, especially if you have anything larger than a compact. The rooms looked like they had not been renovated since the motel opened. The desk in the room was all scratched up. The towels were threadbare. The water from the faucet had a foul smell.... More

Front Desk, Comforter and Towels are so untrue and offensive. There is a 24 hrs CCTV Surveillance systems monitoring the entire property and night shift staff walking through hotel every other hour, how could it happen for 2 nights long and no people complained. All New Room and Carpet - Strange Odor ? All the Room have solid door and... More

This place was in disrepair, I thought the ceiling was going to fall in on us. Service was acceptable but the price was not worth what we got out of it. It was on the other side of town so we had to drive a good 15 minutes. Free parking but our neighbours were loud so we didn't sleep that... More
