First of all, this is not an Inn with Suites. It is a older, slightly run-down motel. However, it happens to be in a beautiful city on it's main street. It is nothing special - but it is relatively inexpensive for the area. We had a room with a small kitchenette and the room was probably 400 square feet -... More

I was travelling around America on a budget so for me personally i found this place to be quite expensive. However, for Santa Barbara's standards i suppose it's not too bad as this area is really expensive in general. I call this place average simply because there was nothing special about it. Our room was clean. The pool area looked... More

First of all SUITES, should not even be included in their name, what it is is a cheap motel with tiny rooms. They said I will get a garden view room. They dont even have a garden only bushes around the pool. I took my two children with me, there was no way I coud have stayed there so I... More

Well, I just returned from a weekend trip in Santa Barbara & stay at the Oasis Inn & Suites. Not bad!! Okay, let me start off by saying that this is a motel - and its layout is just that. For you travelers that are looking for a secluded hideaway, please look elsewhere. This place is an economical option for... More

Stayed in room 20 for a night. Very good quality, yes a little run down and dated but for $100 a night in Santa Barbara the deal can't be beat. Bed was king, firm but comfortable and all the fixtures were in good working order. Didn't try the breakfast. Recommend a top floor room if you can't handle footfalls and... More

True it's not easy to find a reasonably priced room in Santa Barbara, the Oasis is one of the few in SB. Service is just so so, room clean, bathroom pretty basic though you can't expect a lot for the price. Iin most areas this place is average but I give this place a poor rating because breakfast is a... More

We stayed at this hotel in Santa Barbara and loved it. We had been looking for something more reasonably priced, and this one was the lowest by far...and we were a bit worried. But when we pulled up, we were pleasantly surprised! It was very quaint and clean and they even had a little continental breakfast that was fairly good... More

Great little hotel, rooms are nice and cosy furnished. Garden offers a couple of seats where you can have breakfast in the sun. Downstairs rooms around the swimming pool are best situated. Location is good but it's too far to walk to the center of Santa Barbara. However, parking is free on Sunday (evening) in the centre so that's no... More

This motel at the end of State Street is very close to beaches and golf. The grounds and pool are lovely. It is a very tranquil spot. I would certainly go back. We left the car and took the bus down State Street for dinner.

This is well priced for SB. It is clean, in a nice safe area. Nice pool area. Beds are pretty good. Room is clean, but old. WiFi is not very strong inside room. If you go into it expecting a two star property, then you won't be disappointed. Gelson's Market is across the street, so you can walk across for... More
