“Clean, Quiet and Good Location”

Room was very clean and quiet. Desk attendant woke up cheerfully to check me in at 2:30 am. The location is five minutes walking distance to a great downtown. Mini-mart across the street is open 24 hours/day.

“never again”

We have stayed here many times due to great location. However the rooms have been seriously neglected. Many obvious and simple repairs are needed. Additionally, the rooms are no longer clean. Carpets are stained. The roomed smelled terrible.

“Good location but not a lot else”

I wanted somewhere close to downtown in SLO and so ended up at this property. It is an older motel, looks a bit rough on the outside. “Nice budget option for SLO”

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and found it to be a great value at just under $50 per night. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was just a five minute walk to downtown.
