The hotel is nice, room is nicely appointed. They carefully neglect to mention that the in-room internet has a charge. I was fortunate enough to get a room close enough to the lobby (3rd floor) that I had wireless signal from the free wireless in the lobby, and so far that has worked well. This LOVELY property, located in the heart of downtown San Jose, is very classy. Within walking distance of some really good restaurants, and 10 minutes from the Santana Row outdoor mall.
