This is an old school hotel, with furnishings from days gone by but I can't complain for the Priceline deal of $49 per night. Pros: big room, clean, welcoming front desk, cheap, close to where I needed to be. Cons: dark room, the first room they gave us had a terrible smell, soft beds, awful pillows, remote didn't work, noise... More

First of all, let me explain that we've stayed here twice, having used Priceline to get a favorable rate. DO NOT use their web site to book - you can get in for something in the neighborhood of $55 to $60/night on Priceline. The room was spacious and clean. This is an older property, but still well maintained. The showers... More

My colleague and I rented two rooms through Priceline - we big on a three star hotel. I'd give it less than one. Cockroaches in both our rooms. His shower didn't work and had no bath towels. They gave him a second room in the morning to shower in and the tub didn't drain. I had fast food wrappers under... More

I needed a place to stay last minute and many of the higher end hotels were full so I settled for this hotel. For the amount I paid, I would have expected more. The one thing positive I can say is it was clean. The furniture and bedding was pretty second rate and the bed was as hard as a... More

We stayed here a few years ago, when it was a Hyatt. After all the negative comments, we were really nervous and discouraged about staying at this hotel. Since we got it through Priceline bid, there was no turning back. After all, we needed only to stay one night. But as it turned out, all was well. We got the... More

The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained, beautiful rose garden in bloom. The restaurant and my room were very clean. Miracle of miracles, plenty of outlets to plug my camera, phone, iPad, and laptop in at the same time! On the downside, this hotel, which used to be a Hyatt back in the day, is shabby,... More

I got here by using Priceline, which had just helped me get three good rates in good/decent hotels in the Fremont area. The fourth time was a bomb. I selected that I wanted three star hotel and landed here - I would have been annoyed if it were even classified as a one star. I was in desperate need of... More

From all the negative comments, I was leery about my stay here - but I have no complaints. I travel to San Jose (and other cities) frequently on business and found this hotel perfectly suited for business travel. The rooms have the comfort and amenities of a Comfort Inn or Best Western - bed is fine, room and bath clean,... More

My company has a rate at this hotel and I usually dread staying here. It is very old and outdated. The rooms have old carpets and tile in the shower. The TV's are the old style and up high in the wall almost by the ceiling. You have to lay in bed on an angle to watch it. The garden... More

Dirty room, dated, ole TV, worst of all bed bugs. I'm a doctor and know These bugs well, checked out. Did not offer me anything. Priceline lost a customer for dealing with such hotel.1 star is pushing it
