The pride was right but I would not return. First, there is no free shuttle from the San Jose Airport. Secondly, our room was not ready when we arrived. Thirdly, there was a hole in the screen (looked like someone was trying to break in) so it was a bit scary. Fourthly, there was no water stop for the sink.... More

This hotel is more accurately described as a runned-down motel that is not at all meant for an individual requiring any basic business functionality. Newly remodeled? If they did, they bought used hotel furniture and lamps from the sixties and replaced it for even older furniture. Sheets and towels were old and shabby. Burn holes in the blankets. Outside corridors were filthy. Planters had four feet high weeds. The maid came into the room to clean and changed the television channel to a Spanish... More
