This is the darkest, dirtiest, depressing Four Points I have ever stayed in. Was stuck in San Jose due to my home airport closing due to a snowstorm and moved to the SJ Four Points after my flight was cancelled, and am happy I did so. This hotel was very clean. The parking lot is a little tight and you have to walk around the building to get to the lobby. I found the staff friendly and helpful. We had a handicap accessible room (did not request) with no tub but the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great.

Staff was cold and disinterested during check-in. Hotel, however, is beautiful, clean, and modern. Loved heavy warm comforters and bedding. Terrific bathroom with modern fixtures, glass shower, and pocket door. Gym was small, but they give access to Balleys across street. The Sheraton Four Points San José is well-located, directly downtown San Jose, near restaurants, cinema, and other amenities. Santa Clara Valley streetcars stop in front of the hotel and it is within walking distance of enough to occupy for a quick overnight, without a car.
