I arrived late in town; I had no reservation. The staff was very welcoming; my room was clean and they even had a phone charger that worked with my phone. Have had the opportunity to stay here several times over the past few years, the latest being this past Sunday. Very consistent service, pricing, cleanliness and shuttle. Nice room. Clean. Fridge, microwave...towels and bed cleaned every day. Breakfast could have been better but for what I paid it was fine. San Fran & Bart nearby.
