We stopped at the wigwam motel on a trip to Los Angeles. Our young kids were extremely enthusiastic about sleeping in a tepee. Our night was less comfortable, as the heater was quite noisy and our tepee close to the road. The bathrooms would require some refurbishment. more

This is our second stay in a Wigwam Motel--we stayed in the Kentucky one a few years ago--and the experience here was way, way better. The neighborhood wasn't as bad as some online reviews indicated. The room is shaped like a tipi (not a wigwam!), which is fun. I like non-traditional architecture, especially rooms that aren't square. The bedsheets were clean but had a hole in them.
