I have never ever stayed at a better hotel in my life. The General Manager was courteous and kind and very responsive to my questions. She was an excellent communicator and sets a very good example of what managers throughtout Best Western should be like.

Stayed one night in this hotel. Rooms are great, you have free wifi, hot breakfast, and parking is large. Staff at the front desk was "ok" (have experienced better). Although location may not be perfect, given the low price and the good general quality of the hotel it is a good choice in the area.

Very clean rooms and nice to have a microwave and mini frig. Would've been nice to have an extra blanket stored in the closet. Bathroom towels were generic and adequate, nothing special. This is really just an o.k hotel. Room was clean enough, girl at reception desk was polite BUT venture outside your non-smoking room and the stench of smoke is disgusting! Great rooms, well maintained, and very large. Not much in the neighborhood but I always like staying here.

This is a great hotel for the traveller in Sacramento, CA. It has well appointed rooms, super comfy beds and pillows, and is quiet and nice. Exactly what you need in a hotel. It's a Best Western, so don't expect to be pampered, but the staff is nice and its probably one of the best values in Sacramento.
