Lobby, everything was old, furniture was cheap like something from a cheap furniture store, guest rooms are motel style 1 story, old windows with the aluminum framing and open so seem very unsafe, room furniture was nice, room was clean and no bugs but carpet was dirty, train tracks next to hotel, back of hotel had bars on windows, not... We value all input as it gives us an opportunity to gain insight from a guest’s perspective. We value the dedicated service of our local law enforcement and would like to assure you that our location at Radisson Hotel Sacramento is safe; it’s disappointing that this was not your impression. Thank you for your time and sharing your thoughts. More

Pros: good service at front desk and restaurant. Convenient to the meeting I attended at the hotel. Cons: run down, dimly lit in some parts, noise of late night lovers in next room actually woke me up(rated X sounds), room smelled strange, location near almost nothing except a Costco and two fast food restaurants. I left after one night to... More

The lobby is completely decieving. It looks lovely. The rooms are HORRIBLE! And - the walk to the room is INSANE. It looks like it was probably an old apartment complex that was turned into a hotel. There were TWO entry/exit doors in the room. One that led to the parking lot - and - one to the 'courtyard'. It... More

The Radisson Sacramento was built in the 1950’s and will reflect some of the style and design of that period which many find part of our charm. It’s disheartening to learn that you felt this way during your stay, as the hotel is quite safe and secure. But we will bring to our management team your suggestion of brighter lights.... More

this is my second time staying at the radisson and it is not 3 star quality! this place should be 2.5 stars the MOST. i booked through priceline for $40/night. first time i was there, i was given double beds even though i requested king bed. I complained and they said nothing was available until the next morning. So i... More

Hotel has good beds, clean, noisy with trains all night. But to have them demand a security deposit and won't be refunded until 5 days later that is a slap in the face of the business traveler!! More

I've stayed at this Radisson on three separate occasions now for a total of 12 due to business in the Sacramento area. The primary reason i've stayed here is because you can get a great deal on it through priceline for around $40/night plus taxes. The hotel itself is older and is a sprawling single level complex with various meeting... More

In the interests of full disclosure I booked my room via Priceline for $40/night + taxes/fees. Can't complain about that. But, I ended up in a room with a heating system that did not work, a shower head that leaked, and internet service that was beyond slooooooow. Okay, maybe I got the dreaded "Priceline" room, the one with all the... More

. . . but the gift shop was! Did not want to eat a buffet with 50 other patrons, so we opted for just coffee. However, the coffee shop was not open & the wait staff had no time to get us "to go" cups for coffee. Not Radisson quality!!! Kind of oldish & no wifi. TV reception ws very... More

I had no choice but to stay here for a meeting. I wouldn't stay again. The room was clean enough and the bed very comfortable. But the property is old and it shows. There's no WiFi anywhere (rooms have free wired internet). The grounds are pretty, with a manmade lake in the middle. The place is understaffed. I never saw... More

Stayed at this property for two nights intending to spend my last night in Sacramento at a pricier downtown property. I wish I stayed here and not moved. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. Was here for a reunion which was held in one of the ballrooms. My room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was on the... More
