We went to Sacramento for the weekend. And as always, we chose a 3 star hotel from AAA (or is it 3 diamond?). The place is not worth the 3 stars!!! We cancelled our second night and chose Hilton Express and loved it. Same price, better location and much better facility. more
Loved the location. The room was clean with sufficient amenities. Our party had 4 different rooms. The electrical outlets did not work in 2 of the rooms(namely, the hairdryer plugs and the coffe pot plugs.) But being resouceful we just moved those appliances. No problem. But...we could not move the icemachine, and it kept us awake all three nites. Why... more
I specifically asked for a quiet room. I was booked into a room amongst 2 classes of children. I asked to be switched and they had nothing to offer. The room walls were paper thin. The room looked to be in the process of remodeling with sections of wall bare. The A/C was poor, the TV was snowy. It just... more
