Whenever we visit our daughter in college we always stay here. It's central location is conducive to sight seeing, fine dining, and all of the other activities Sacramento has to offer. The staff is attentive and professional and the rooms are always up to the Embassy Suitres standard.

As a member of Hilton Honors who travels regularly and always stays at Hilton family properties, I have never been treated so poorly by front desk staff. The hotel has a great location and great rooms, but their customer service left quite a bit to be desired.

We were in town for the Mardi Gras celebration in Old Sacramento. We used this hotel as a base for all of the fun.
