“Advertise price in coupon book but don't honour coupon”

This hotel advertises a room at $49.99 in the coupon book but even though they had vacancies they said they were not accepting coupons - the coupon did not have any exclusions printed on it for the night was wanted to stay. I asked what the rate was and was told it was $69.99 plus tax

Front desk clerk very nice and always helpful when needed. She also did a very good job making sure there was plenty of food and coffee at breakfast. Only reason I gave a three star Instead of four .Beds were a little firm, and there was no jacuzzi. Enjoyed pool.

The breakfast needs more protein,eggs ,sausage. yogurt, ext... Before when I stayed there you had people helping with breakfast, very important "people remember this"
