We spent three nights here and drove into Death Valley NP on two day visits. Lovely modern and clean hotel, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed and large room with a refrigerator. Advance booking and payment gave us a great rate.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights during April. We used it as our base camp for Death Valley. Yes, true, it is a couple of hours drive to DV, but non of the hotels listed within DV, that we found within our price range, had good reviews. For us the journey was well worth it. This hotel is new,...

We made a little detour to Ridgecrest on our way to Las Vegas to take Artists' Drive in Death Valley NP, which we missed on our last trip to DVNP due to rain. (Caution: Ridgecrest is a good 2 hour drive from DVNP, so this should be kept in mind if using it as a base for DVNP, although this...

Despite all rooms being booked, our room was quiet, well appointed and comfortable, just as advertised. The paper waiting at our door in the morning was much appreciated, the hot breakfast had everything we needed plus more, and the small sack breakfast was much appreciated when we left very early one morning.
Stayed here one night on our way to Death Valley. The hotel is new and across from the medical center. That had me worried but we never heard any noise from the ambulances and other rescue vehicles. Its nice where it is since you can take a walk on the outskirts of town if you'd like. The only downside of...

We stay in Hampton Inn Hotels whenever we can. They are great on service, helpful and so clean. The beds are very comfy, I sleep like I am at home. Our room is spacious. We have a micro, fridge, coffee machine. My husband is reading on the sofa and I am at a desk. The chocolate cookies we had tonight...

An oasis of calm en route to Death Valley with spacious, clean rooms and a simple breakfast to get you on your way.
Getting to the hotel was awkward, as the hotel is not that old and our navigation equipment obviously somewhat older! After resorting to the old-fashioned "ask-a-local" technique, we eventually found it. It is centrally located on the...

We stayed here on our way to Death Valley from Los Angeles. I was impressed by the hotel, particularly after traveling through some pretty shady looking towns on the way in. This hotel takes pride in its cleanliness, has excellent customer service, and an absolutely delicious (and healthy breakfast). I've never stayed at a hotel that includes dried blueberries in...

We stayed at the Ridgecrest Hampton Inn on the way to Death Valley CA. It was clean, comfortable & reasonably priced. One of the reasons I prefer the Hampton Inn hotels is that they change ALL of their bedding, not just the sheets after each guest. The bed is so fresh and clean. They are a bit skimpy on the...

I stayed here for 12 days because I was on a work trip to China Lake. The room I had was huge, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I enjoyed the hotel staff and the breakfasts were good 50% of the time. The first half of my trip the food was terrific, but then the powdered eggs came out and I didn't...
