From check in to check out the customer service was fabulous. Our room was a bit worn but clean. The only really bad thing was the room was soooooo smelly, as was the hall way to the room. The staff sprayed some air freshener but it didn't help. We slept with the bath fan and a/c on high all night... More

The staff were fantastic. Thank you Travis, Anna, Dan, Sheri and Sean and all our drivers: Art et al. The evening appetisers and breakfast were great. Complimentary travel to the local places you need to go is a massive lifesaver for those who have no car.
