I would certainly recommend to anyone for this area of the Ontario Mills Shopping Center, ONT airport and visiting students at the nearby Claremont Colleges. Everything worked great. extremely friendly and helpful staff and accomodations, excellent breakfast service and food. the breakfast staff were the highlight of my morning, always genuinely interested in plans and offering many sight seeing alternatives and ideas. really made my day quite enjoyable.

“Problems galore”

Stay there every few weeks. Last time we stayed we were upgraded as Diamond members to a suite with jacuzzi. Jacuzzi didn't work and the phones didn't work. Good employee fixed both problems. However, every time we stay there is a problem. Better hotels in the area.

Overall, excellent stay. Ideal location, with retail business like restaurants within easy walking distance. There is easy access to I-15 and to 4th Street which is the dividing line between Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario. The restaurant needs some work in terms of staffing and quality of food being served.

Everyone is so friendly! Really make you feel at home. From Mike in the bar area, to Patrick at breakfast to Laura at the front desk. Right up to the management team Ashley, Heather and Jennifer! They make the stay great!

As usual Hilton Garden Inn provides a full service hotel for a great price. THis hotel is located in an area where you can walk to many restaurants and shops. THe staff was incredibly courteous and provided top of the line service

I get to Ontario for work 2-3 times a year and previously stayed at the Hilton Ontario Airport. That property is no longer a Hilton so I stayed at this new spot.
