We found a great rate, about 60$ per night with breakfast. It's about 30min driving from San Diego. Excellent for the price and if you want to avoid the traffic of the city. In less than 30mins you are in downtown San Diego. Breakfast is good, you can find eggs and sausages, yougurt, pancake, butter, jam, coffee, tea, juices, muffins....

A moderately-priced well-maintained motel in a good area and staffed by people who enjoy taking care of their guests. My grandson and I had the worst room in the motel (upstairs and close to the road) but we have no complaints. There's not much traffic until 7 a.m. and who can sleep after that anyway?
