My husband and I stayed at Lingonberry Farm in early April. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed one--more on that later. The good: *The garden in front of the B&B is beautiful and the fields surrounding it are bucolic and peaceful. *It was really clean. The floors, bathroom, etc. were spotless. Guests take their shoes off... More

This is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at: very pleasant welcome by the owners, silent nights, great breakfast with local goat cheeses and good cereals, as well as fabulous home- made pastries. As we visited the area in January, the outside night temperatures went below freezing, but the bedroom and bathroom were very well heated, and a nice... More

The phrase "Taste of Sweden" was framed over our bed in the Skane room. As others have noted, the rooms are immaculate. The Skane room has a nice view towards Tomales Bay with most of the view actually being local farmland. On the grounds itself, they have three "miniature Icelandic sheep" and three Alpaca which apparently supply them with wool... More

We spent four nights at Lingonberry Farm and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The place is immaculate, the beds are divinely comfortable, and the breakfasts are to die for. The owners are unobtrusive but helpful and nice. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to add a full-length mirror and a bureau to the bedroom, but the... More

We spent two nights at the Farm. It was wonderful. The whole area is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the table for two as well as the breakfast buffet. The lounge is open 24/7 in case you want to enjoy some cheese from the creamery for lunch or dinner rather than going out to eat. Susan gave us excellent... More

Note that the trip advisor map shows the B&B to be downtown. It is not. It's north of town. Not far, just follow the street numbers on highway 1 til you get there. Great stay as recommended by other reviews. The interior is so clean it's almost clinical.

A very clean, well decorated place, quality furnishings, lovely pictures and books of Sweden . The bulbs were blooming and the sheep friendly. The surprise was the fantastic breakfasts of custardy eggs, cardamon muffins, chicken sausage, Swedish pancakes, baked apples and cream, cheese and sliced veggies and yes-lingonberry jam- delicious.Even tho it was a cold weekend, the room was warm... My boyfriend and I stayed in the Skane room over President's Day weekend 2012. The room itself is light and airy. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, with such soft sheets. Amazing, really. We saw an amazing sunrise every morning. We could hear the sheep outside softly bleating. Flowers bloomiing everywhere. The breakfast every morning... More

We dont usually stay in B and Bs when travelling in California but this one caught my eye and I am so glad it did. John and Susan are excellent hosts. The Skane room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Downstairs we had the use of the guest dining room where we could make drinks at any time and chat to... More

We stayed for 3 nights at this cute farm just outside Point Reyes Station's town. The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was great. We had the Olanda room, with two twins made into a king bed. We could open the sliding door at night for fresh air and the sounds of the countryside. The curious alpacas watched... More
