This hotel is a pleasant place to stay. If the other guests there are anything other than quiet, however, you will hear their every grunt, twitch, fart, etc. The poor soundproofing and noisy HVAC system are the only two things that prevent me from giving the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Pleasant Hill a five-star rating.
