First, the hotel is undergoing renovations. The lobby is almost complete and it's not bad. The receptionist was friendly and check-in was quick. After getting my key, I had to enter the hotel from the rear parking lot (construction) and it's not very pretty. The elevator did not inspire either. However, as I got to the third floor, my opinion started to change. Fresh paint, new carpet . . . good . . . I entered my room and wow! Very nice. The room I stayed in was newly renovated (new carpet, drapes, flat tv, nice furniture, new bathroom, and free wi-fi that worked great). The best part was the new king sized bed which was extremely comfortable. Since there were hardly any other guest in the hotel, I felt like I was in my own castle. The hotel is nice and once the renovations are complete it should be even better. The hotel has its own eating establishment next door with free breakfast but I never went there.
