We spent Thanksgiving week here this year (2011). The suite we stayed in was recently remodeled and was very nice. The grounds are well maintained. We loved the Mediterranean architecture. The pool was kept up very well. The spa was ready for us to use every night. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! More

I'm surprised by the negative reviews here. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The service was great, the room was lovely and clean. We were staying here so we could attend the Coachella Music Festival and it was a lovely place to come back to each night. Really liked Palm Springs too - a sweet little town. More
