Ok Guy, I am going to be direct and no fluff or BS. There a two high end gay male resorts in PS, one has 8 rooms in warm sands and cost nearly double of the Santiago. Santiago has 24 rooms (so many opportunities to make friends, find a new man or just hang out and relax with your partner... More

Stayed a few days with my partner last month and thought it was great. Lush and pretty grounds, very well-maintained and our 2nd floor room with a mountain and pool view was perfect. Re: the grounds: good-sized pool, well-padded loungers and umbrellas, nice hot tub, seldom-used gazebo area (too bad as it's nice), two big hammocks (each for 2) and... More

I've been coming to Santiago since it first opened as a gay resort in the mid-90's; every time I've tried another property I end up returning here the next time I go back to Palm Springs. Beautiful, large, heated pool with all-day sun, and private, lushly landscaped grounds; lovely and continually updated rooms with comfy king beds, fridges, microwaves, flat-screen... More

Having skipped a year in 2010 we returned and found a wonderfully redecorated room and a nice complimentary basket of goodies to our delight . Of the staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Walking into to the courtyard and seeing the lush and mature landscaping which I can.best describe a bit like Old Las Palmas Made us realize it... More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It is truly superb! Very beautiful courtyard surrounding an enormous, heated pool & jacuzzi. Tropical, desert landscaping, hammocks secluded cabana, secluded sitting areas, comp. iced tea, lemonade., fountains. The views of the mountains from here are the best of any resort. From the minute you arrive you are relaxed. The host... More
