I've now stayed at Camp PS several times in the last two years, this was the 2nd time I stayed during Thanksgiving and all the staff/management were as as friendly and helpful as always. If I had a problem and they did their best to fix or come up with a work around which is all that you can ask... More

As many have noted, the staff are friendly and helpful. The venue is an older gay male, somewhat sex oriented resort that has seen better days. (it's currently up for sale which may explain it's continuing slide.) The rooms were decently clean and in desperate need of renovation. This is also one of the more affordable gay male places as... Stayed 3 nights here at a very reasonable rate and no extra resort fee. Met nice people and enjoyed some playtime fun. At first room air was not working very well but after running a day it became better. Accomodations were clean and comfortable. Casey & Bob were phenominal hosts. Good value for the money. Probably would stay there again... More

We switched hotels/resorts a few years back looking to save some money. I am happy to find Camp Palm Springs. The place is close to everything and the prices are the best in town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Yes, things could be updated, but it is very well maintained and clean. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing... More

they update the infrastructure. The staff was wonderful, that was where most of the good stopped. The people that were staying there were overwhelmingly rude, and not friendly. We did meet a couple of cool people, but that was the exception. The facilities are very old, the room was too hot because the ac unit was not only inadequate for... More

Hi, Everyone! I've just returned from a 5 night stay at Camp Palm Springs -- and I have to say that I don't understand all of the negative ratings this hotel receives, Yes, it's getting older and it's showing the signs of a long and well-used life -- but it was CLEAN, SECURE, AFFORDABLE and VERY well-populated with hot and... We are not fussy people and had stayed here a couple of years ago and complained to the Manager about how dirty the place was. We thought it would have cleaned up by now so thought we would give it another try. Not on your life!!! Before we checked in we asked to see the place, and what can I... More

I am dumbfounded by the positive reviews here. We are not especially special nor major complainers, but Camp Palm Springs is uninhabitable. Casey is a sweetheart and the service over the phone and when we checked in was lovely. Then we got to what he promised was a "one of the best rooms just off the pool". We have stayed... More

Good service. We were there during the week, at a really slow time. Room was nice, but has a weird layout. Mini fridge seems to be from the late 80s and the AC as functional but noisy. Bed was comfortable. Overall the room was clean and appropriate for the price. The location is ok. Its near the main drag in... More
