A dead cockroach in the pantry, a shower that we were hesitant to get into even while wearing shower shoes, and a front office that closes for the day at 3:30 p.m. But the best (?) thing was when we called to report that our toilet wasn't working. The manager said that there was no one available to fix it,... More

This place is tucked away in a quiet north Palm Springs neighborhood, not far from the main drag. We had booked a one-bedroom suite as we were taking our son and a friend. Another friend ended up coming with us and when they found out, they gave us a two-bedroom suite for the same price. I disagree with the reviewer... More

My daughter (27) and I came out to visit my son (25) in Palm Springs and were delighted in our choice - Tuscany Manor. It had an eclectic vibe and unbelievable view of the mountains. We liked that it was small (24 rooms) and that all of the suites opened up into the beautifully landscaped courtyard, pool, and hot-tub. It... More

What a big disappointment - my wife and I visiting from the UK had been touring around the American Southwest and had stayed in some lovely places, we booked on line, just a few days before going, for a king suite - being 6ft 3in tall the king bed was vital - when we arrived at 3.30pm we were given... Until I was unpacked and had food in the "house", it seemed a little shabby (because of the retro/rustic decor, etc.) - for lack of a better word. After that, and when the girlfriends started arriving for our 4 day reunion, it just got better and better. The pool area, with bbq, heated pool, jacuzzi, and lounge chairs, as well... More

If you're looking for a reliably sunny and warm destination then Tuscany Manor is a perfect choice. It's a very cozy and family-friendly resort nestled in a quiet part of Palm Springs. The rooms open on to a beautiful courtyard that is covered with lovely flowers that surround a pool and hot tub. Every morning I'd start my day in... More

My family of 4 reserved a Queen Suite for 4 nights last week. We booked it online. Upon arrival (late arrival...details for our room left on office door... no problem there...) we found we were given a studio with a Queen bed and nothing else. I called the emergency number and was told that they were booked for the night... More

In the ideal, this small resort hotel with family-oriented apartment units could rate four/five stars. But the lack of amenities, dated furniture and poor maintenance of the unit we stayed in sadly made it impossible to offer this rating. On the positive side: The suites all surround a very nice pool area and hot tub which make it easy for... More

I called this place twice to make reservations, based on the recommendations from Trip Advisor, and they never even returned my call! When you place a call to Tuscany Manor it goes to voicemail which directs you to the "reservation line", but both times I called I received a recording explaining that the clerk is helping guests and I was... This is a little place hidden away from the all the main streets. The pool was great. The rooms were great as well especially since you could open the french doors onto the pool. It was very nice and we loved it. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. It felt like we were at home.
