We stayed here twice in April. We found the hotel clean and the staff friendly. The continental breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean and the linens/bedding clean. We booked to stay on March 31 and looked forward to our experience in a small downtown hotel. The room was located on the second floor. We walked in and noted the musty room smell, the stained white carpet and spartan appearance. In les than 5 minutes we decided to walk away and the cost.

We happened on the Chase by chance and could never have been happier with it. Had a fab time, service was above any expectations and the pool was delicious. Location was perfect, we easily strolled through town and the scenery out to the mountains was like a postcard.

My friend and I stayed at The Chase for my 60th birthday .. couldn't have been better! The room was the quietest of any hotel I've ever stayed at and the beds were amazing! Location is perfect, staff are super friendly, and it was spotless! I'd go back to the Chase in a heartbeat!
