We knew the resort would not be fancy, but could they not update the beds & bedding. The pillows where extremely flat & uncomfortable. The hot tub was so cloudy you could not see the bottom of the tub. The communication between office & housekeeping was terrible. We will never stay there again, worst place I have ever stayed.

The location is perfect - five minutes or less to restaurants and shops on Palm Canyon in Palm Springs, and an interesting ride to the uber trendy shops in Palm Desert. OK, I never saw even one child here and yet, have to admit that the quiet was great...this hotel was built in 1960, I believe, and the rooms are large. I and my wife just stayed for six days, the staff and management were 110 percent at all times.If you want a great place and location give this place a fair shake and check it out. Shopping in the area is within walking distance,resturantes are plenty with a menu for tastes.
