Next trip to the desert, consider a stay at the Hampton Inn in Palm Desert. Great value -- rooms are clean and comfortable, price for value received is excellent, complimentary breakfast, polite staff, and good location.

“Loud wakeful air cond unit”

The reason we stayed here was because our house flooded and we had no air conditioning during repairs. The air conditioning in this hotel is LOUD! It woke us all night long! The breakfast was great though! They need to get sheets that fit their beds. One staff member was rude, but other than that. The stay was just okay.

Not sure how old this property is but the rooms are a bit dated, old tile in the bathroom and the door was blocking the toilet...very odd. The hotel was only 50% booked and we got a room that overlooked the garbage dumpsters...now why if there was room and we are Hilton Honor members, would they not put us on... More

“Love the free breakfast”

Having breakfast after waking up in a comfortable hotel is a plus, but having free breakfast after waking up in a comfortable hotel is AWESOME! They even had no problems with us checking out late. There is a great bar across the street too!

Definately up to Hampton Inn standards. Very nice layout, cleanliness, room size and amenities as always. Easy to locate just off I-10. Could try a little harder to stand out with regards to breakfast....typical hotel fare.

Typical Hampton Inn, clean, comfortable, and breakfast consistent with Hampton Inn. What wasn't typical was the customer service which from my experince was exceptional. We stayed the weekend of Coachella music festival although we did not attend the festival. Very pleasant stay, room was immaculate, fresh and comfortable. Great amenities. Best Continental Breakfast I've experienced and is one of my value points, when others give you coffee, cereal and fruit; Hampton offers a full breakfast from eggs to waffles. Worth trying if you haven't already.

“Close to freeway ... and nothing else!”

Nice, clean hotel with decent complimentary breakfast, but loooong drive to hike in Indian Canyon, dinner in Palm Springs, etc. Close to Desert Willow, an excellent public golf course.
