We decided to try Tres Palmas based on the great Trip Advisor reviews and close proximity to relatives were were visiting in Palm Desert. We got so much more! Tres Palmas is less than a five minute walk from El Paseo featuring great shops and restaurants. And it was designed as a B&B from the beginning, which gave us plenty... More

We travel a lot. I'm usually bringing my wife along when I travel on business. This trip was "just for her" no business involved. We've done these trips before, she just never feels we do enough of them. As said, we travel a lot and usually stay at resorts. I saw the fantastic tripadvisor reviews and called Kathy to make... This has been a favorite getaway for us the last 4-5 years, however, the last two years have been exceptional having Dale and Kathy Adams as our hosts. They are truly a lovely couple and we felt as though we came in as guests but left having found special friends. You will be spoiled from check-in to check-out. There isn't... More

We were only booked for one night but couldn’t resist extending for a second night. Kathy and Dale go out of their way to make guests feel pampered. No sooner had we checked in than it was time for Happy Hour, relaxing and chatting with other guests. The well-stocked bar and wine cellar were complemented by a tasty assortment of... More

When my wife and I stayed here several years ago we thought it was perfect. However, the current owners have managed to make it even better. The room and furnishings are decorator perfect and the bed so comfortable it made you want to take your time waking up. The terry cloth robes are a great touch and the bath sheets... More

This was unforgettable - beautiful home, sparkling pool and the best hosts you could possibly imagine. Gourmet breakfasts and convivial "Happy Hour". Best B&B experience ever. More

We stayed for three nights in february and wanted to share that we would recommend Tres Palmas for a number of reasons....well appointed, pool area relaxing. Dale and Kathy excellent hosts, well located to restarants and shopping, living desert and hiking. I am celliac and I cannot say enough about Dale and Kathy's enthusiasm to try new gluten free receipes... More

Upon arrival, hosts Dale and Kathy greeted us warmly and showed us the amenities of the common area including fresh fruit , snacks, soda and well stocked Keurig coffee maker. The room was very nicely furnished with fine linens and robes and the spa/pool just outside the door. Our early dinner precluded the normal cocktail hour so our hosts handed... More

Tres Palmas is a beautiful property with spacious bedrooms and wonderful landscaping. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, fountains and roses. The proprietors, Dale and Kathy Adams are about as friendly and accommodating as anyone can be. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the B & B and they went out of their way to make... More

What a lovley place to stay. Great rooms, perfect location and our host, Dale, was wonderful. Great breakfast, wine hour and conversation. You walk two blocks to El Paseo to enjoy the great shops and restaurants. This is a must if you are going to the desert. Judy Bellingham, Wasington More
