We loved Pacifica - tiny little sea town off San Francisco, Pacific highway 1. Waves our amazing here, and I saw the best sunset I've ever seen here - which is why we stayed the night.
Hotel was clean, big, staff friendly and we got a sea view room which was very nice. Free wifi, close to San Francisco, lovely...

We were traveling back from our 30th anniversary trip, and decided we did not want to drive all the way back to Sacramento that evening. so we stopped in Pacifica and I checked for a room.
Only problem I had was the bed, but since you will really find a hotel with a bed you like I will never mark...

My husband and I went to Pacifica to celebrate our 16 year anniversary. We stayed at the Pacifica Motor Inn, and though it was your typical little beach town motel, it was still a nice stay. The staff was very friendly. It's very quiet, and the beach is so close, perfect location for relaxation!!!

This is a very basic, no-frills hotel, so don't expect to find anything fancy when you check in. Here is the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly about this hotel:
The Good:
- Location is good, if you want to be outside of the hustle bustle of the city. This hotel is right off of Highway 1 in Pacifica, in...

We recently stayed for one night at the Pacifica Motor Inn mostly for the location as it was close to the beach, and on the way to our final destination. We checked into the room, and noted that it was a little 'out-dated' yet clean in most respects. The maintenance of the rooms should be better maintained for the rate...

This motel looks a little beat up on the outside, given that the corrosive salt air has caused extensive rust on the metal doors and staircases. But it is just fine on the inside. The location is awesome -- half a block from the Pacific Ocean waves crashing ashore at beautiful Rockaway Beach and the sea cliffs of Mori Point!...

We pulled into Pacifica on a night with screaming, gale-force winds and soaking, torrential rain, with a true "any port in a storm" mindset. After taking a drive-by look at the 4 or 5 places to stay in that immediate neighborhood (Rockaway Beach) and stopping in or calling a few of them on the phone to get rate quotes, the...

We stayed here because we were desperate to stay along the coast during Labor Day weekend and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. This was the cheapest we could find that would get us as close to the water as possible. The owners were friendly enough, the rate was good. Yes, it's quite dated. There are VCR's...

This is truly a mom and pop establishment. Late arrivals can expect to pick up an exterior phone to rouse the desk clerk. The rooms offer the basic amenities and are clean. The location is the thing here, with the roaring Pacific just steps from your door. The staff was friendly and helpful to a first time guest. I find...
