No washcloths. No full size mirror. A television remote so old that all the numbers had been rubbed off. A frittata that was actually an omelette. Enough said.

Usually stay in Ontario once a year for a couple of nights while we attend the "Road to California" quilt show. The Radisson is the perfect place to stay, as it is directly across the street from the convention center. Motel was updated and we enjoyed the large room with extra amenities. Train tracks are close by, but I did...

By far the best staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Both night manager and the other manager treated me super well, and the hotel restaurant and room service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was great, the room was nice, but I had a difficult time sleeping because I heard every plane take off or land as well as several trains go by through the night. I have never stayed in a hotel so noisy! And it's a shame because I liked the hotel otherwise.

This was only a one-niter for me, so take what I say with a grain of salt. First, I had a difficult time finding the hotel from the airport. It's probably easier to find if you're already on the freeway and take the exit for Holt Blvd. Otherwise, depending on how you exit from the airport, you'll have to traverse...

Disappointed in this hotel. Lobby was dirty (blue carpet had trash on it). Service from Front desk attend fine. Room clean but tired and worn.

Although I didn't use it, the fitness center is huge and it has a full-sized pool. Although not listed in the amenities, our room had a minifridge. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
The bad:...

The hotel is conveniently located if you're going to the Ontario Convention Center and that's its best trait.
We went to conference in Ontario Convention Center. The hotel is located right across the street. We got the room where the air was not fresh, looks like smoking room. We had no problem to change to the different room. Early check-in...

The room was very nice, comfy bed, spacious, good shower. The staff was great, too, and the pool was fab - clean and refreshing. It would have been a nice place to stay if it didn’t matter whether I had peace and quiet. HOWEVER, I was there to take the California Bar Exam, a 3-day grueling ordeal, and I honestly...

Stayed during a kids' soccer tournament. In an area where the highlight is a ginormous outlet mall, this hotel provided some fun between games. The pool and jacuzzi are completely adequate (especially through the eyes of a ten-year old). Our "prime location" room had a sliding glass door that opened to a short path and gate directly to the pool....
