We stayed there when our red wolf lakeside was closed. Lovely place -- large two-bedroom. Staff was fantastic. Surprised there was neither ice maker in the freezer, nor ice maker on the premises, and also that there were not DVD players in the bedrooms (video player only). Pretty miniscule complaints though!

Red Wolf Lodge is situated in a great location for both summer and winter activites in Squaw Valley. The many extras like the game and fitness center, several spas, BBQ and large sundeck make it an excellent destination regardless of the season. We booked here through a Groupon and really had no idea what to expect. Would say it far exceeded our hopes in many ways! It has a rather modest appearance from outside and in the lobby/common areas, but inside the rooms and in the activities areas it is all quite nice, and the many extras really added up. It is a very nice hotel with a lot of action. Perfect for singles.Bars and Restaurants everywhere. Great Happy Hours!! They have so many tihings to do that we have to make a second trip. Sking is expensive!!

Best location, has breakfast and nice game / lounge room, jacuzzi, covered parking, reasonable rates, super customer service. my #1 choice in beautiful Tahoe, awesome Squaw Valley USA.
