no heat control in the room, broken sink, very worn furniture, soiled carpets, pets allowd, very depressing, no phone, no room to move around the bed, no tv, no robes/slippers, terrible (20) steep stairs to carry your own suitcase up! the full breakfast was terrible, cold coffee, bad (old) keesh, etc. customer service was very poor!
