My neice and I stayed here over Thanksgiving with some friends. We brought along my Chihuahua Monkey. The room was perfect. The Christmas theme was very special. The private entrance was perfect for taking Monkey in and out for her necessary outings. She loved the owner's dogs, goats, and other animals. I can't say enough about how hospitable the hostesses... more

Definitely a nice place to stay along the way to Yosemite. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the two breakfasts we ate there were good. more

Split-level home provides plenty of room with privacy for multiple guests and pets. Owners welcoming to diversities of people. Very clean with attention to detail. Common area includes dining with woodburning stove and wall of windows with vistas opening to top-level deck. Daily breakfast practically enough to last all day. Have a cookie. Enjoy a cup of coffee, a hot... more

"A Bed Of Roses" is a hidden gem of a B&B in the foothills leading to Yosemite. We were very fortunate to find such a wonderful place. This was our first time in a B&B so we did not know what to expect. From the moment we arrived, the owner/managers Jenine and Josie, made us feel welcome and right at... more

Our room was comfortable, and the extra bed, which in some places seems like an afterthought, was quite comfortable, and I slept well, as did my husband in the larger bed. Breakfast was almost sumptuous. A plus, as far as I am concerned was two resident friendly cats. The cats were kept out of the bedroom, so they did not... more

This was my first visit to A Bed of Roses Bed & Breakfast, but it most certainly will not be my last. The house is gorgeous (even better than the website pics), and the owners are the epitome of top-rate innkeepers (providing a level of hospitality you must experience to believe). Actually, I traveled to the Yosemite area to enjoy... more

My husband and I stayed 2 nights as part of our honeymoon - we were welcomed by wine and delicious homemade cookies! The b & b is located a short drive from the south entrance of yosemite national park with very easy to access. The rooms were lovely and cosy with personal touches added by the owners, making this a... more

We styed for only one night as we travelled from Portland to San Fransico and wish we had booked at least one more night. We were the only guests for the night we stayed so we had the whole place to our selves and felt very special. Home made cookies, complimentary wine or sherry, a home cooked breakfast and an... more

Stayed in the country rose room. Great jacuzzi tub, privacy. Wonderful breakfasts. Loved the animals, especially Smokey. Had our own deck with table, private entrance. Close to Yosemite entrance. Good restaurants close by. Will return. more

As part of our honeymoon my new wife and I were touring California. Finding a place near Yosemite wasn't exactly difficult, but most room rates seemed to take too much advantage of proximity to the National Park. Bed of Roses seemed different and lived up to the description. For a reasonable rate the rooms were comfortable and homely, with a... more
