We stayed for 5 nights and our check in at reception was very welcoming and professional, however on the whole the stay was a little awkward as it very much caters surprisingly for business meetings and not people on vacation. Small hotel, good location, rooms were clean and recently remodelled, air conditioning a little loud. Room had a small fridge and microwave which thought was very useful. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Good for the value. more

We are a family with children...When we checked in they gave only one daughter a goodie bag filled with water and snacks....I thought it was strange but it left us with kids wondering why they were excluded. I have to say the air conditioner unit was beyond loud and that was with ear plugs....Room was large and bathroom was clean.... more

After a terrible experience at the Best Western in Huntington Beach, we looked for another hotel. We just walked into this one off the street and got a room. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The location is convenient, but not picturesque. The staff here was very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this hotel. more

Stayed over the weekend for a beach/baseball game trip. This hotel is just off the 55 highway on the PCH. It was a very nice, clean hotel, across the street from Newport bay. For the price, this is a good deal. I had a room with queen double bed. The room was big. The location was within walking distance from various restaurants by the water. The staff was friendly and helpful. You get to check out a little later if you're a Priority Club member. Breakfast included eggs, pastries, ham, yogurt, etc. more

The positive things about this hotel are the excellent location next to the harbor, the nice staff, a good breakfast, easy parking, and easy to find from the highway. Everything was very clean.
