I recently had a great 2-night stay at this hotel. Our conference group received a wonderful rate and top-notch service. Everyone, from the shuttle drivers to the desk staff to the waiters was terrific. Large, plush room; Starbucks coffee; plenty of pillows. STAY ONLY IN WEST TOWER if you use ac or heat. the west tower is newer and has some amenities like flat screen LG tv [west tower is older and has conventional cathode ray tube older tv], marble tile in bathroom, etc. but it has window ac/heat units and as others have already mentioned, they are NOISY. We stayed for five nights with extended family that came in for three nights each. The free Friday promotion made the entire cost less than $100 a night per room!
