we arrived and was told our room had no airconditioning. windows did not open. stopped the complimentary wine and cheese about 1 month ago. no microwave or refrigerator. no working ice machine. mold in the showe this am. no sitting room. lovely area, but do not stay here. more

The service was quite good. We dealt with three employees and all were friendly and helpful...the man that checked us in, another that was working there with him and the lady in the kitchen in the morning. Nice folks. A complete and total disappointment !
