Rooms are freezing cold. The wall unit is loud and doesn't work that well. Bathroom only has shower stall; no bath. Pillows are ridiculOusly thin. I travel a lot on business and this is where I stay when I'm in the area. Nice clean rooms and a very good value. And when I think I'm going to be arriving later then I anticipated, Ken the manager always makes arrangments for me and is very accomodating.
