We booked this hotel over the phone through hotels.com because it was close to the freeway as we were passing through. Upon arrival we were very disappointed! The motel staff (front desk, maintenace, and maids) STOLE ALL of mine and my 6 year old daughters belongings! They stold expensive jewelry, all of our clothing, dvd player, even my daughters teddy bear she slept with every night! Then they laughed at me as I cried and pleaded for my belongings back! Guess I expected too much. OLD and had hard beds. People sitting in the parking lot in there cars? Did not feel very safe. more

The front desk clerk was nice but she was in jeans and a t-shirt. The room was over priced. The television was old and the shower wasn't too clean. There was alot of noise from the freeway and the street people walking up to check in. Not a safe place to stay. The police were in the parking lot with... more
