I was quite impressed with the Town House Lodge, especially considering the price-point of the room. The property is well-maintained and neat; the staff friendly and professional. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. I will gladly stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Modesto.

Pool looked lovely, but it was on the street. Breakfast was nice sausage, full size waffles and such. The room had a fridge and microwave. We continue to be impressed with BestWestern quality and value. They have their way of ranking their properties that includes property age. This is another example where a property looses out. If you have never been to Modesto this hotel is great the staff is friendly and helpful. Dina helped us find not only places to eat that were close by but also printed directions for our trip to Yosemite and Kings canyon. The breakfast lady is super nice.
